Includes a specialist report and detailed Japanese knotweed management plan (JKMP). The cost is refunded if you choose to proceed with a treatment programme.

A basic survey is ideal if you simply want to know whether or not there is Japanese knotweed on your property. A comprehensive survey may be necessary if your lender requires a specialist report and JKMP. Feel free to get in touch if you’re unsure which survey type is right for you.

Option 1: Herbicide applications as and when required – Starts at £75+ VAT per application.
Option 2: Three-year treatment programme and two-year monitoring period - Starts at £1,595+ VAT
- Add a 5-year guarantee - Starts at £2,595 +VAT
- Add a 10-year guarantee - Starts at £2,995 +VAT
An insurance-backed guarantee (IBG) can be added to any treatment plan with a guarantee, at an additional cost of £75.
Knotweed Excavation and Removal Plans & Costs
These knotweed removal programmes get rid of your Japanese knotweed quickly but usually cost more than our herbicide application plans.
Option 1: Excavation of Japanese knotweed and surrounding soil to be disposed of at a landfill site.*
Option 2: Excavation and relocation of Japanese knotweed and affected soil to another part of the site, followed by an application of our specialist herbicides.
Option 3: Burial of Japanese knotweed and contaminated soil in a hole dug on the site, enclosed in specialist weed proof membrane.
Our pricing for these services varies from site to site. As a guide, we charge roughly £850 +VAT per square metre (based on a minimum area of 10 – 15m2).
*Note: Landfill space is running out so the government have levied a tax of approximately £85 per ton of Japanese knotweed waste on top of the cost of haulage and excavation.
